Our Story
deleetree's bakery started with a simple belief: that the best bread doesn't need shortcuts. Every loaf, pastry, and batch of coffee that comes out of our kitchen on Oneida Road is made the way it should be — with real ingredients, patient fermentation, and attention to the small things that make a difference.

The sourdough here is unlike anything I've found in the area. Crusty, tangy, and worth the wait in line every Saturday morning.
My favorite coffee spot in Grand Ledge. The baristas actually care about the pour, and the cinnamon roll is dangerously good.
